This year, not only will there be over 50 food suppliers, there will be competitors battling it out in the Skills Competition Wales’ heats to represent Wales and be invited to compete for a place in Team UK for WorldSkills and/or EuroSkills competitions.
The Gala Dinner will be held in the stunning National Botanic Garden of Wales where each course will be cooked for you by a different chef. It will be an excellent opportunity to network with other delegates and exhibitors and a great way to unwind after a productive day.
Tickets are £35.00 per person or £300.00 for a table of 10 people.
On the second day you will see some of Wales’ finest chefs showing you how great food is prepared and cooked through interactive cookery demonstrations, ending the day with our very own ‘Ready, Steady, Cook’.
