Welsh Chefs Conference 2010

Will be held on Tuesday 21st & Wednesday 22nd September 2010 at Castell Howell Foods,
Cross Hands, Carmarthenshire.

The second Welsh Chefs Conference in September 2009 was again a huge success. This year it was held in association with Castell Howell Food Christmas show. The event gave chefs an opportunity to share their knowledge and skills with competitions, master classes, and an opportunity to find out more about the Applied Ability Awards (AAA). There was also over 50 food suppliers at this 2 day event with a Gala Dinner held at the National Botanic Garden of Wales on the first night.

We have competitors who are going to be mentored further for future competitions and we are pleased to say that the Brains Chef of the Year will continue to be a part of our event.
